HYBRD Co FZE LLC is a company registered in Ajman, United Arab Emirates under licence number 2626419515888 (“HYBRD”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern access to and purchases from the Site. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the policies linked on the Site.

Country of Domicile and Governing Law

United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and the governing law is the local law. Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. The courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

Eligibility and Customer Accounts

Customers using the website who are minors or under the age of 18 shall not register as users of the website and shall not transact on or use the website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products and Availability

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary depending on the customer’s screen and lighting. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. We may limit quantities, correct errors, or withdraw a product when reasonably necessary.

Prices and Currency

All prices and transactions on the Website are displayed and processed in United Arab Emirates dirhams (AED). HYBRD is not registered for UAE VAT, and VAT is not separately charged. Delivery fees, if applicable, are shown before checkout.

The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the transaction receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency. The card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

Payment

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment through Telr. Cash on delivery is available for eligible UAE orders with no additional fee at launch. Other payment methods, including Apple Pay or Google Pay, will be displayed only when enabled at checkout.

Payment authorization does not guarantee acceptance of an order. We may cancel or refuse an order where payment is not authorized, information appears inaccurate, stock is unavailable, fraud is suspected, or the transaction cannot lawfully be completed.

Order and Payment Confirmation

Once payment is made, a payment confirmation notice will be sent to the customer by email within 24 hours of receipt. Processing begins after payment or cash-on-delivery eligibility is confirmed. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://hybrdwear.co/ policies and rules.

Restricted Transactions

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries. We may screen, suspend, or cancel a transaction to meet legal, regulatory, banking, or payment-network requirements.

To the extent permitted by law, HYBRD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from Website use, delivery delays outside our reasonable control, or misuse of a product contrary to its care instructions or intended purpose.
